2.0 / 2.3 Liter Suzuki Engine Conversion Kit
Our COMPLETE installation kit for performing a Samurai engine conversion using a 1999 to 2001 Vitara or Tracker 2.0 engine or a 2.3 Suzuki Aerio SX engine. Kit includes a custom flywheel, pilot bushing, custom full-circle motor mounts, engine adapter kit, high pressure fuel pump, custom radiator, high HP pusher fan, modification of your donor harness completely color-coded labeled and ready for install as well as modification of your speedometer and / or tach. We are the original creators of this engine conversion and have been doing wiring harness and engine conversions since 1991. We can customize your harness to accommodate standard shift or automatic transmissions, buggy applications, Canadian applications, etc. NOTE, This conversion requires a minimum of 4″ of suspension lift for oil pan clearance. Refer to the technical bulletin on this conversion for a complete list of the peripherals that will also be necessary for your 2.0 or 2.3 engine conversion as well as information regarding sending in your donor harness to us to convert. NOTE: We need the donor harness UNCUT. Any harnesses that have plugs cut off, or have been modified previously may be unusable or have an additional cost to modify.
