Rebuilt 4.16 Transfer Case

Our completely rebuilt transfer case with 4.16 gears professionally installed is ready to bolt in. Includes 4.16 low gears, all new bearings, seals, gaskets, counter shaft and shift sheet. All you add is the oil. (We recommend NON-synthetic 80/90 GL5 rated gear oil). Provides 84% low range reduction and 12% high range reduction. A must when using larger tires. Custom built from the core that you send to us – options include flange size (relative to year), updated output shaft, Twisted TT shift kit installed , etc.

Item #TC416       Price $745.00 – You must send your core to us to build. Core must be in good rebuildable condition and will  be inspected upon receipt before building to confirm condition.

We can also install our “Twisted TT” shift shaft kit for no additional labor – you just pay for the parts!!
