Rebuilt 6.4 Transfer Case

Note: We currently do not have core transfer cases to build. You will need to send in your rebuildable core. 

Our completely rebuilt transfer case with Sumo 6.4 gears professionally installed is ready to bolt in. Includes 6.4 low gears, all new bearings, seals, gaskets, counter shaft and shift sheet. All you add is the oil. (We recommend NON-synthetic 80/90 GL5 rated gear oil). This 6.4 gear ratio is for the serious off-roader with rock crawling in mind!  Provides 181% low range reduction and ONLY 17% high range reduction. These one-piece billet gears are made in Japan (not China) and provide superior reliability. Custom built to order from the core that you send to us – options include flange size (relative to year), updated output shaft, Twisted TT shift kit installed, etc.

Item # TC64-404     Price $1,340.00 –  Plus $450.00 refundable core charge or you can send your core ahead and we will rebuild yours.  Core must be in good rebuildable condition and will  be inspected upon receipt before building to confirm condition.

We can also install our “Twisted TT” shift shaft kit option for no additional labor – you just pay for the parts!
