This design prevents gear deflection, ensuring your transfer case locks firmly into 4WD eliminating the common issue of the transfer case popping out of gear under load. Also included is an OEM Japanese pilot bearing.

Suzuki Samurai Transfer Case Heavy Duty Front Output Shaft With Pilot Bearing. Original OEM factory part, not a cheap China made version!
The original early Samurais had an output shaft with very thin teeth and were prone to popping out of gear. Replacing it with this updated shaft with thicker teeth will minimize the chance of this happening. This is highly recommended when installing lower gears.
