Wrangler YJ Spring – Complete Front & Rear Suspension System

When using Jeep YJ springs on a Samurai, the front springs are 9″ longer than original and the rear springs are 6 1/2″ longer than original. This accounts for the incredible improvement in articulation and ride quality. Our Wrangler YJ Spring conversion kit for the Suzuki Samurai is the ULTIMATE kit for ride quality and the most articulation possible within the confines of the Samurai body –  yet practical for trouble-free every day use.  Provides 6.5″ of lift.  Perfect for 33″ tires. No need to be the guinea pig mixing various parts and pieces with random unforseen outcomes. Our kit is professionally engineered to provide the utmost in performance in all circumstances, with each component working in perfect relationship to each other – the way our original YJ kit was intended to operate. Dont be fooled by less expensive imitations – they are just NOT the same. Our kit is designed for use with  Suzuki Samurai axles however, Toyota pick up axles can be easily adapted. Specify when ordering. (Note: Toyota axle option includes Toyota Steering system which will add $150.00 to the price of the kit and is a modified version of this item)  As with all of our new front Missing Link kits, the drop shackle function is optional – simply bolt it in the fixed position or leave it unbolted for even more articulation. We recommend using OEM 5 leaf rear YJ springs all the way around. Or better yet, our specially designed – soft and flexy – “Bonz Eye” YJ springs.

NOTE:  With SAMURAI axles you will need to have your rear driveshaft lengthened 1″ or get a new one made that is 1″ longer. We can provide one for you as an add on – select as an add-on when ordering. If you are using TOYOTA axles, there are custom driveline options available but you will need to call us to customize.

Kit is now available in left and drive and right hand drive. Specify orientation when ordering.

Kit for Toyota axles is a modified version from what is shown here and will add Toyota Hysteer , eliminate one pair of front spring perches, 1 pair of lower front shock mounts, and 1 front driveline spacer which are not needed.
