Zukamole’ Trail Slayer Buggy Project

Here are a few build up pictures of our new “Trail slayer” project buggy. This one features our new rear bed kit and redesigned tube front clip. The axles are Toyota with ARB’s, 4.88 gears in 6 cylinder 3rd members, Six Shooter knuckles with trunion bearing eliminators, 30 spline axle shafts, and ram assist steering. We use the same Toyota disc brakes on all four corners with no proportioning valve. In combination with dual brake valves, our rear driveshaft disconnnect, and our “Twisted TT” 2 low option we are able to front dig, rear dig, as well as lock either right or left side wheels for Bobcat brake operation. The wheels are DOT approved Hutchison “Rock Monster”17 x 8.5 with internal dual beadlocks. The tires are BF Goodrich 39x17x13.5 Red Label Krawlers. For power we have used a 2.3 litre Suzuki Aerio engine mated to a 4 Speed automatic H/P Volvo transmission with high stall converter and shift kit and a 6.4:1 Samurai Transfer case. Racetrim seats were installed using our custom Racetrim Seat mounting brackets.
